FCS SUPERVISOR - EHS EXPANSION:
Responsible for ensuring the implementation of comprehensive
services to enrolled infants and toddlers and their families.
Oversees team of classroom staff and ensures that duties and
responsibilities are carried out. Bachelor’s degree in Early
Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field and at
least two years working with young children and adults is
required. Benefits included Health Insurance, Dental Insurance,

GENERAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR:
Oversees and
coordinates custodial services and all maintenance including
vehicles, grounds and facilities for all sites in the agency.
Supervises and directs work of all assigned staff and volunteers
in their duties. This position is also responsible for accurate
recordkeeping and timely processing of vendor invoices for
payment. Experience in maintaining facilities, remodeling,
grounds keeping and record keeping required. Two years
experience supervising preferred.

TEMPORARY DIRECT SERVICE AIDE:
This position performs services in various work areas in the
agency as arranged with supervisor. Some general areas are
classroom, kitchen, clerical, and custodial. This position does
not have a regular schedule but instead is assigned to an area
based on need and availability. Employees in this position may
pick which area(s) they prefer to work in as well as setting their
own availability. We are willing to work around almost any
schedule. This is a temporary, part-time position with hours
ranging from 0 to 40 hours/week depending on need and
availability.

Anticipated Early Head Start expansion:
We have applied for an Early Head Start expansion grant, and are
preparing to fill positions in hopes of receiving funding. We are

HOME VISITOR (Anticipated Vacancy):

FAMILY ADVOCATE (Anticipated Vacancy):
Works closely in the classroom with the teacher to provide direct
services to infants/toddlers and their families. Services
provided included child development, health, nutrition, dental,
mental health, disabilities services and social services.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
preferred. Generous benefits are available including two weeks
paid break time, paid holidays, paid sick time, 403(b) plan and
HRA after 6 months of employment.
